An excellent product. It takes the tedium out of loading a magazine, and honestly makes it a bit fun. I’ve used mine for all kinds of AK and AR15 magazines, and the U-Loader works well with all of them. I wish I would have picked one up years ago.

Loads both AK and AR mags with ease. The AR mags require a bit of effort to hold the mags in place, but isn't anything worth complaining about. Love that the pusher is held by a magnet so you can't easily lose it. 10/10 recommend it if you shoot a lot, especially in the winter.

The loader has a learning curve and takes getting used to, but once you figure out where and how to hold the mag so the tips of the bullets won’t hang up, it works great.
Add a little furniture polish and it shines up really nice. It’s a must have for loading mags. Well made and not overpriced plastic.
The instructions could use some rewording. You can tell English is a second language by the way it’s written. It’s not too difficult to follow, but a couple sentences are not structured correctly and one word is totally wrong.
I have no complaints overall aside from the day after it arrived in the mail Optics planet had them on sale for half what I paid. That isn’t your fault though.
I’m still glad I have one.

I had recently purchased one, unfortunately it has a very slight flaw in it ... a 6.5 Grendel is difficult to move through it. I think this is just an isolated issue. I spoke with Kitana through email and she was very accommodating in trying to correct the problem with a return. I had declined the return offer and decided to make the needed adjustment myself. The adjustment worked and I decided to order a second loader and range bag carrier. The product is real nice, easy to use and the range bag is great - will use one for the 556 and the other for the 6.5.

Does well enough, though I have some issues feeding 7.62x39 in one small section of the ammo path. I suspect a small spot of wood needs sanded down, and will probably get better with use. If only ammo were as affordable as these loaders.

I love this speed loader! I didn't realize it was hand made of wood until I got it in my hands. Feels and looks great. Storage bag is sturdy and has a lot of extra pockets.
Order the Krait color, paint is high quality and holds up to steel case ammo scratching on it pretty well. About 700 rounds thru so far.

Please read the whole review… I purchased the black U-loader and as soon as I got it I went to try it out and only loaded About 2 magazines and the wooden lip chipped where the bullets lay to be inserted into the magazine. I contacted the company and got ahold of someone that same day and explained my situation. She sent me a return label told me to tell her when I sent the damaged U-loader back an a new one would be on its way. I received my new U-loader in the mail 9 days later and have bad no problem sence. Excellent customer service.

The only critique I would have is the method of shipping.
Unless there is something I missed, the shipping origin was New Jersey via DHL. It took weeks to arrive and the tracking was almost useless (ie DHL’s site showed nothing for most of that time. Then, it was conveyed to USPS -with another tracking number).
Love the product and will shop with you more -as well as send folks your way- so offering the above remarks on the shipping for your consideration.

Liked how it is set up to work with the tray for lose bullets. One magazine worked fine while another would not load. Finally I figured if I loaded one shell into the magazine the rest could be pushed in easily. It was obviously the magazine that wasn’t lining up as one worked perfectly and the other did as soon as one shell was inserted. It was amazing how fast 30 rounds went in. Can’t imagine loading them by hand ever again!

It is awesome for use at home where one pre-fills magazines before going to the range. It is definitely cool that it can handle all AR and AK magazines and works perfectly with both AK calibers. However, I still carry a speedloader in my range pack in order to fill the magazines by grabbing ammo from a box and without having a table around.
That loading animation in the webshop is so relentless, that I can't help but grin every time I see it :).
