Shipping Information
- Shipping within the U.S.: We deliver PODAVACH products throughout the United States from our 3PL warehouse in Pennsylvania. In some cases, orders may be shipped from Ukraine at no additional cost, maintaining the same delivery timeframe. Shipping costs start at $9.80 for one speed loader, with an additional $4 for each extra loader. Delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.
- International Shipping: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Delivery times are estimated at 1 to 4 weeks. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.
- Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. Incorrect information may result in failed delivery, and PODAVACH cannot be held responsible.
- If you do not respond to our emails requesting clarification on potential address issues for more than two weeks, we reserve the right to ship the order without accepting any complaints or liability.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. - Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, items purchased with promo codes, and custom or perishable goods are non-refundable.
