M-Tac Cuirass Elite Gen.II Plate Carrier represents the next evolutionary stage in individual ballistic protection within the M-Tac Plate Carrier line.

The key feature of the ELITE model—and its main distinction from previous generations—is the Duraflex quick-release buckles mounted on the cummerbund. These premium-class buckles offer a simplified fastening/unfastening mechanism, low weight, and high durability under heavy loads. To fasten the buckle, simply insert the cummerbund side into the front slot until it clicks. To release, pull sharply toward yourself and upward (or downward). The fastening principle remains the same for both the left and right sides of the cummerbund.

The Cuirass Elite Gen.II is equipped with a special MOLLE panel that allows for secure attachment of additional gear. The quick-detach MOLLE interface module is a laser-cut plate carrier and height-adjustable. To prevent accidental detachment from the VELCRO® Brand base, it is secured with Woojin carabiners.

In this generation, the designers have extended the wide shoulder strap of the quick-release system, making it easier and faster to remove. On the opposite side, the thinner strap was also lengthened to provide a better grip on the quick-release tab.

The plate carrier is made from high-quality Cordura 500D – an ultra-durable fabric resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. Inside, 3D mesh padding ensures ventilation and cushioning for increased comfort. The skeletonized cummerbund significantly reduces the overall weight and allows for pouch attachment when needed.

The front panel features a loop section with laser-cut slots, suitable for MOLLE-compatible gear and ID patches. At the top, there is a small admin pocket with a water-resistant AquaGuard zipper, ideal for storing flat essentials such as IDs, keys, or a lighter.

The rear section includes a MOLLE-compatible plate carrier backpack attachment point and a rescue drag handle, which is secured with loop panels when not in use.

The M-Tac Cuirass Elite Multicam with Coyote Brown inserts can be used as a standalone plate carrier or enhanced with additional modular components to increase fragmentation protection coverage. In combination with other tactical gear, it becomes a fully functional modular protection system for modern combat needs.
