Thank you for choosing PODAVACH. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods remain in their original condition.
- Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, and appointed by you, takes possession of the delivered product.
- Cancellation Process: To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by emailing support@podavach.com with a clear statement of your intent to cancel.
Reimbursement: Once your returned goods are received and inspected by 3PL warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund depending on the condition of the returned goods.
Conditions for Return
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
- The goods must have been purchased directly from podavach.store or podavach.net.
Proof of Condition: Before sending the goods back, you are required to take clear photographs of the items, highlighting their condition. This step is mandatory to process your return.
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Goods that are customized or made to your specific requirements.
- Goods that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are past their expiration date.
- Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Goods purchased with promotional codes or at a discounted rate.
Discretionary Returns: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or that appear to be abused.
Returning Goods
The cost and risk of returning the goods are your responsibility. To obtain the return address, please contact our support team at support@podavach.com.
- Shipping Responsibility: PODAVACH is not liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit during the return process. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.
- Proof of Return: Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition, or upon proof of return delivery.
Warranty
All PODAVACH products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. This warranty is only valid if the product has been used as intended and with compatible items as described in the product specifications. Please be aware that due to the natural materials used, variations in wood grain and color are not considered defects.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied depending on the condition of the returned goods.
- Promo Codes and Discounts: Items purchased with promo codes or at a discounted rate are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
