The pouch medic pack offers optimized internal organization: elastic loops and compartments keep contents securely in place and easily accessible. The pouch consists of two components:

An outer shell, which acts as a securing element
An inner IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) insert

The outer shell is volume-adjustable and allows dual-side access to the IFAK. A quick-pull strap on the IFAK enables rapid deployment, and the two parts connect via VELCRO® Brand to prevent accidental loss.

Inside the multicam IFAK insert is an organizer with elastic loops for securely holding first aid supplies (not included). The roll-style horizontal design allows the pouch to open wide like a roll, giving maximum visibility and access to contents—crucial when every second counts.

The dangler horizontal medic pouch is crafted from durable, abrasion-resistant Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron materials, ensuring longevity even in demanding conditions. A removable loop patch on the flap allows integration with any plate carrier that closes with loop on the lower back pocket.

The pouch can store a range of medical supplies including bandages, tools, and other first-aid essentials. It can also serve as an organizer for non-medical items.
